  • Face-to-face comprehensive psychological evaluation (WAIS;TAT, RD)

Conclusions & Recommendations
  • Evaluation team meets with patient, S/O, and/or referent to review findings
  • One-page summary of diagnosis, findings and recommendations sent to referent (and/or patient where appropriate) within 24 hours Individual reports from all testing & evaluation including an integrated summary of findings and recommendations sent to referent within 14 days
