90-Day Program:
The focus of treatment in this program is to provide a foundation in 12-Step recovery and to address the ongoing medical and psychological concerns that are often associated with early recovery. One of the most significant benefits of the 90-Day Program is that all the patients make the same commitment to their treatment and their recovery.
The 90-Day Program is designed for licensed professionals, chronic relapsers, patients with a prolonged detox, and those with multiple prior treatments.
Following a medically supervised detoxification, patients live in sober homes off-campus, attend treatment during the day, and learn to establish a sober support system in the community during their free time.
The program consists of:
- Primary addiction treatment based on 12-step spirituality during first month
- Continued 12-step work in months two and three combined with intensive workshops covering issues such as relapse, codependency and relationships
- Reflections and other service opportunities for patients during month three at Betty Ford Center and in other local treatment facilities
