Beamer, the mascot for the
Children's Program

A continuing care plan is provided after completion of the program. After the program children will receive a quarterly newsletter called Five Star Flash, the Beamer comic book series and an invitation to the annual Colorado Children's Celebration reunion event. The Children's Program staff is available as an ongoing resource to parents/caregivers who may need additional referrals and guidance.

Two follow-up programs are available for children in Colorado:

Stage II is a free weekend follow-up program for children who have attended the four-day program. Starting Friday night kids will learn valuable problem-solving skills and have more opportunities to discuss events happening in their lives since the four-day program. There will be swimming and lots of fun too.

Stage III is a free weekend follow-up program for children who have attended the Stage II program. Starting Friday night kids will learn about peer pressure and will be able to use the problem solving skills learned in Stage II. As always there will be swimming and lots of fun.
