  • Step 4 Guide - Word Format 61.5KB - PDF Format 24.5KB - This Guide has been passed from hand to hand at 12 Step meetings over the years and is offered here only as a tool you may find useful in your own 12 Step program. This Guide is not promoted or endorsed as an official program or curriculum of the Betty Ford Center.
  • Alumni Chapter Inventory Guide - Word Format 31KB - PDF Format 84KB - Following is a set of suggestions and guidelines that you may find helpful in organizing an effective BFC Alumni Chapter recovery meeting. These are by no means a "Rule of Law". They have been developed through our experience working with Alumni Chapter recovery meetings.
  • Alumni Contact Guidelines - Word Format 28KB - PDF Format 86KB - Following is a set of guidelines for alumni who serve as contacts for Betty Ford Center. We provide alumni contacts to newly discharged patients so they have an additional source of support when they return home from the Center.
